Lorna Courtney Biography:-
Lorna Courtney attended LaGuardia High School for Vocal Performance and was raised in Jamaica, Queens, New York. At the age of 15, she performed in the gospel musical Mama I Want to Sing, which she toured for two months in Japan. She appeared on the Today Show and the Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon to sing gospel songs with her youth gospel choir, Gospel For Teens. Lorna performed as a stand-in for “Alana” and “Zoe” in the Broadway musical Dear Evan Hansen after graduating from the University of Michigan with a degree in musical theatre a year early. Most recently, she played “Rosalia” and an understudy for “Maria” in the 2020 Broadway revival of West Side Story.
